About Kyle

Kyle Boerner has been building custom homes for as long as he can remember, coming from a family of builders. His Floridian parents, Tom and Debby Boerner founded Boerner Construction in 1991, and Kyle followed in their footsteps bringing one-of-a-kind homes to Upstate South Carolina where the family tradition continues in Anderson, Pendleton, Greenville, Lake Hartwell, Lake Keowee, and surrounding areas.

Even though Kyle knew he wanted a career building the American Dream at a young age, he also knew he needed the knowledge to do so. Kyle attended and graduated from Elon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Entrepreneurship. Followed by a year of fine-tuning his woodworking skills at The Landing School in Kennebunkport, Maine.

However, Kyle is just one piece of Boerner Construction. Kyle married his high school sweetheart, Grace, in 2011 and since have been blessed with three amazing children, Graham, Reid, and Reece. They choose to raise their family here in the upstate for the outdoors, the culture, values, and the southern way of life.
