“Great experience with Kyle and the team. From the initial interview through the entire process, it was a pleasant experience working with Kyle. Good suggestions during the design process that improved the layout and quality of the construction. We were remote during most of the build process and using his construction site made it easy to track progress, get pictures, answer questions, and exchange ideas. Our selections visit was a breeze with Grace providing great advice on paint colors, cabinets, hardware, countertops, etc., and all keeping the actual budget and allowances in mind. Kyle is a craftsman himself and actually does some of the more intricate woodwork. He also likes a nice clean job site which is important when you’re building in a well-established community like we did. We had minimal changes, pluses, or minuses, and in the end, we were right on budget. We absolutely love our new home and have had minimal issues to resolve post-build. Nothing is perfect and Kyle has been prompt to remedy any issues (not many) that have come up. Great communication, quality workmanship, on budget, prompt follow-up, all the things you’re looking for when choosing the builder for your new home.
